Fundamentals of Income Property Valuation I is a text-based web-based course that introduces the discipline of real estate appraisal and the techniques involved in estimating the value of property.
The course readings are from the accompanying required text, Income Property Valuation, 2nd Edition written by Jeffrey D. Fisher and Robert S. Martin. In Chapters 1 - 10, the course examines such topics as appraisal principles, the market area and neighborhood analysis, the income capitalization approach, the sales comparison approach, and site valuation.
